Since air-source heat pumps are around three times more efficient than gas boilers, they use much less energy to heat the property. It will depend on how the heat pump is set up and what demand you have for heating and hot water. A ground source heat pump installation would cost between £19,000 and £30,000 lot more work involved. All quotes are subject to survey and heat loss calculations.

We I need to pay for a survey?
Greener Home Renewables are not currently charging for a survey. You may need to pay for an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) to be completed if you do not have one or it is out of date. This normally costs around £60-£100. We will help you arrange this with a local EPC inspector.
